Subarachnoid hemorrhage with intraventricular extension

Axial non contrast CT showing extensive subarachnoid hemorrhage within the sulci, fissures and basal cisterns with extension into the ventricles.
There is associated obstructive hydrocephalus.
The optic nerves are dilated and kinked suggesting raised intracranial pressure.
