Subcapital femoral fracture

Subtle impacted subcapital fracture of the right femur. Although Shenton's line is maintained, there is irregularity of the femoral neck with cortical disruption. No other pelvic injury. Normal left hip.
Case Discussion
This right neck of femur fracture was managed with hemiarthroplasty.
