Severe bilateral degenerative change in hip joint associated with lucent fracture line in subcapital region of the left femur.
Case Discussion
The appearances are of secondary degenerative change secondary to prior Perthes disease (of which this is a known case), in this case with a superimposed minimally displaced fracture.
