Right basal atelectasis and pleural effusion. Lucency with an air-fluid level projected over the RUQ.

Large subcapsular hepatic collection containing fluid and gas in the right lobe of the liver (segments 5 and 8) in keeping with an abscess.
Case Discussion
The patient underwent US-guided drainage of the abscess and recovered well, albeit slowly.
