Age: 50 years
Gender: Male

Evidence of subchondral linear fracture associated with ill-defined bone marrow edema involving the lateral femoral condyle.

Joint effusion is noted.

grade II C degeneration of the medial meniscus associated with small parameniscal cyst.

Multiloculated Baker's cyst.
