Detachment area compatible with subchorionic hematoma affecting about 25% of the circumference of the gestational sac.
Case Discussion
Subchorionic hematoma is an asymptomatic disorder that results from previous hemorrhage. The volume of the hematoma determines its severity, and the evolution of the finding must be monitored.
