Crescentic collection with heterogeneous texture is noted elevating the chorionic membrane, reflecting anterior subacute subchorionic hematoma. No retroplacental extension noted.
The placental is posterior, with intact chorionic plate.

Decreased size of the anterior subchorionic hematoma, currently of 5 mm thickness compared to 13 mm at the previous study.
Case Discussion
A single living fetus of about 13 weeks gestation, with associated subchorionic hemorrhage, that doesn't extend to placental bed. Then, the patient complained recurrent dark vaginal bleeding and follow up shows decreased size of the anterior subchorionic hematoma.
