There is a live single intrauterine gestation.
In the subchorionic region, there is a crescentic shaped hypodensity.
A small amount of clear free fluid is present in the pelvis.
A corpus luteal cyst is present in the right ovary.
Case Discussion
The findings are most consistent with a single live intrauterine gestation with subchorionic hemorrhage.
