Presentation

Gunshot wound right upper chest.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

Large right hemothorax, right upper lobe laceration/contusion.

Pre & post repair DSA

Pre-intervention: Narrowing right subclavian artery with contrast extravasation.

Post-intervention: Succesful endovascular repair right subclavian artery, no contrast extravasation.

Support tubes (endotracheal, nasogastric, and right thoracostomy) appropriately positioned. No pneumothorax. Decreased size hemothorax, persistent right upper lobe laceration/contusion. Status post endovascular repair right subclavian artery.
