Carotid Duplex Ultrasound shows retrograde direction of the left vertebral artery flow as compared to the ante grade direction of both left CCA and right vertebral artery , the left vertebral artery spectral wave doppler is seen below the baseline as compared to both left CCA and right vertebral artery which are seen above the base line

Features are most likely in line with a complete left subclavian steal syndrome
