Left axillary region pain, swelling, and redness for a few days.

There is a collection with mobile echoes within the subcutaneous fat, just deep to the dermis. Adjacent fat is echogenic. There is mild perilesional hypervascularity. There is no extension to underlying muscle.
Case Discussion
Ultrasound findings favored subcutaneous abscess in axillary region. Surgical incision and drainage revealed pus.
