Irregular shaped collection with mobile internal echoes is noted in right inguinal region in subcutaneous plane. Vascularity is noted in solid areas.
Perilesional fat is echogenic - inflamed.
There are reactive inguinal nodes.
Case Discussion
Finding suggest subcutaneous abscess in right inguinal region. Incision and drainage was performed and pus was drained, confirming the diagnosis.
