Presentation
History of fall from a height of about 1 meter, the patient hit his right elbow forcefully against the ground, on local examination: tenderness at the posterior aspect of the right elbow, 1cm lacerated wound.

No fracture or dislocation is seen.
Soft tissue shadows appear swollen, showing subcutaneous radiolucent areas at the posterior aspect of the elbow joint ( subcutaneous emphysema).
Case Discussion
The patient was referred to the General Hospital, for the necessary procedure.
