Fibular head fracture associated with surrounding bone marrow oedema/bruise.
30 x 65 x 70 mm large heterogeneous signal subcutaneous haematoma situated laterally in the leg proximal upper third at the interface between the anterior and lateral muscle compartments and subcutaneous fat.
Abnormal intrasubstance increased fluid signal is present along the course of soleus muscle belly in the lateral side related to muscle strain.
Case Discussion
Regarding the imaging and clinical findings, right leg subcutaneous acute haematoma is the main diagnosis.
