Diagnosis probable

Presentation

Left wrist trauma with recent onset pain and swelling.

Patient Data

Age: 60
Gender: Female

Heterogenous high signal subcutaneous mass like swelling measuring about 23*30*38mm is seen at the dorsal and radial aspect of the left wrist.

Case Discussion

The findings are nonspecific, but the history given "Slammed door on wrist" was specific enough to prompt this diagnosis.
