An elliptical shaped well defined encapsulated non-enhancing lesion of fat attenuation is noted in the subcutaneous region of the left lateral neck. It measures 3.8 x 1.4 x 4.7 cm in maximum AP, TR and CC dimensions respectively. No invasion of the nearby underlying muscles.
Case Discussion
CT findings are consistent with left lateral neck subcutaneous lipoma.
