Acute subacromial-subdeltoid bursitis: fluid distending the bursa more than 1.5 mm. The tendon fibers are poorly characterized due to anisotropy.
Case Discussion
The subacromial-subdeltoid bursa is composed of two bursae that lie between the tendons of the rotator cuff and the undersurface of the acromion.
