Bilateral subdural haematomas observed in the bilateral fronto-parietal regions, with a maximum thickness of approximately 29 mm on the right, 33 mm on the left, and a cerebral falx thickness of approximately 3 mm. The lesions exhibit high signal intensity on T1W, high signal on T2W and FLAIR, and partially low signal on GRE, without diffusion restriction, suggesting subacute SDH. Midline shift to the right is approximately 5 mm. No vascular abnormalities are detected on MRA.

Case Discussion

Imaging findings are consistent with bilateral subacute subdural haematomas.

The patient subsequently underwent surgery to evacuate the haematomas. Clinical symptoms improved, and he was discharged a few days later.
