Presentation
Patient was admitted for elective hernioplasty and developed marked thrombocytopenia. When showing severe neurologic symptoms a CT scan was performed.

Big left-sided subdural hemorrhage with large thrombi. General edema and herniation to the right. The patient passed away within hours after the exam.
