Single axial slice demonstrates no intracranial abnormality. MInimal asymmetry of CSF space surrounding the frontal lobes. A scalp hematoma on the right within temporalis is noted.

Single slice from a CT 48 hours later demonstrates accumulation of a subdural hygroma. Also note the redistribution of subgaleal fluid.
