- acute right subdural hemorrhage with right-to-left shift
- right subdural membrane(s)
- bilateral extra-axial fluid collections
- right subfalcine herniation
Case Discussion
The child underwent urgent right craniotomy with drain placement. The surgeon found thickened dura with a membrane. He evacuated clots and CSF.
