The lateral ventricles are widely spaced and parallel with right side colpocephaly. No corpus callosum is present.
A nodule of subependymal heterotopic grey matter at the left occipital horn.
Incidental bilateral staphylomas also present with deficient left globe lens.
Case Discussion
MRI findings together with the patient's presentation may suggest Aicardi syndrome.
