Incidental finding on CT brain. Further imaging.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male

Well circumscribed lesion in the 4th ventricle, isointense to cerebellum on T1 and hyperintense on T2. No associated oedema. No enhancement (not shown). 

This patient went on to have a craniotomy and excision of the lesion, confirming the diagnosis of a subependymoma histologically.
