Subependymoma of the left frontal horn

The CT examination shows an inhomogeneous mass in the left frontal horn.

In the lumen of left frontal horn there is a prevalent T2 hyperintense lesion, without any adjacent edema. No evidence of enhancement after gadolinium.
Case Discussion
Subependymomas are benign tumors ( WHO grade I) which are slow growing. They are non-invasive.
