Sagittal T2
Well circumscribed lesion in the 4th ventricle, isointense to cerebellum on T1 and hyperintense on T2. No associated edema. No enhancement (not shown).
This patient went on to have a craniotomy and excision of the lesion, confirming the diagnosis of a subependymoma histologically.
