Subgaleal lipoma

The patient had noticed a non-tender protuberance at his forehead a few weeks ago.

Gender: Male

A T1/T2 hyperintense well defined subgaleal lesion in frontal region.

Case Discussion

Unlike the usual lipoma, subgaleal lipomas appear firm and immobile on palpation1.
