Subglottic oedema

25 y.o. gentleman presenting to the emergency department with dyspnoea and inspiratory stridor on background of 1 week history of cough and sore throat.

Patient Data

Age: 25
Gender: Male

CT neck demonstrates mild subglottic oedema that narrows subglottic airway likely causing patient's symptoms. There is mild thickening of adjacent strap muscles and cervical lymphadenopathy.
