Presentation

Pain in right hip; no history of trauma

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female
mri

Fluid is seen along right gluteus minimus tendon at anterior aspect of greater trochanter with surrounding mild soft tissue edema. Gluteus minmus tendon is otherwise intact.

Case Discussion

Findings are suggestive of subgluteus minimus bursitis.
