Incidental observation in a patient with elevated pancreatic enzymes.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

Atypical position of a gas-filled (non-inflamed) retrocoecal appendix near the lower lateral margin of the right hepatic lobe.

Duodenal diverticulum is seen projecting anteromedially from the second part.
