Case Discussion

Right submandibular duct stone (kindly refer to the arrow) which points to the site of Warton’s duct that passes between myelohyoid and hypoglossus to open in submandibular papilla.

Sialolithiasis (stones within salivary glands or their ducts) is most common disease of salivary glands and may causes sialadenitis.
