Large well-encapsulated subcutaneous fatty mass of submental location lateralized to the left with no calcification or thick septation. No enhancement was seen on postcontrast images.

CT features most consistent with soft tissue lipoma of submental location.

liposarcoma: usually thick enhanced septa or evidence of local invasion
