Submucosal uterine leiomyoma

There is a well-defined submucosal mass (26 x 24 x 16 mm) arising from the anterior wall of the uterine body, causing endometrial distortion. It elicits an isosignal to the myometrium on T1, low signal on T2 with moderate heterogeneous enhancement on postcontrast sequences.
Case Discussion
MRI features are most consistent with a submucosal uterine leiomyoma.
