Heart size normal. Lungs clear. Normal mediastinal contours.
Metallic density under the right hemidiaphragm, looks like a 'dropped clip' sterilization or other surgery.
Case Discussion
Sterilization clips are not infrequently 'dropped' at laparoscopic surgery and remain inert in the peritoneal cavity. They are a reasonably common incidental finding on CT.
This is one of the more uncommon locations in the subphrenic space.
