Subscapularis tendon tear
H/o fall on ground. Shoulder weakness, pain.

Long head of biceps tendon is normal in position and echopatten. No dislocation / subluxation of long head tendon is noted. Short head of biceps is normal.
Subscapularis tendon - not visualized.
Supraspinatus, infraspinatus tendons - reveal normal echogenesity. - No tear is noted.
No fatty infiltration / atrophy of supraspinatous or infraspinatous muscles is noted.
No evidence of gleno-humeral joint effusion is noted.
No subacromial - subdeltoid bursal effusion is noted.
Acromio-clavicular joint is normal.
Non-visualization of a tendon is one of the primary signs of tendon tear. In this case, there is non-visualization of subscapularis tendon - complete tear.
