The uterus is lateralized to the left with a partial septum involving the upper uterine canal but not extending to the cervix with relatively flat surface of the fundus, acute angle between the uterine cavities (55° in this case) with inter-cornual distance at 32 mm.
Both ovaries appear normal with small follicles.
