Well-defined, broad-based uterine mass of subserosal location arising from the right posterolateral uterine wall, isointense to the myometrium on T1, hypointense on T2 with moderate heterogeneous enhancement on postcontrast sequences. The broad base is best seen on the postcontrast sagittal T1 fat sat sequence.
Normal appearance of the ovaries containing small follicles, the largest measuring 19 mm on the left.
