There is an asymmetrically enlarged nodular thyroid gland, right larger than the left, which extends to middle and upper mediastinum, with craniocaudal extension of 9.8 cm. There is significant tracheal compression and deviation to the left.
Case Discussion
Large thyroid goiter with large heterogeneous nodules extending to middle mediastinum, associated with mediastinal lymphadenopathy.
A histological study to assess malignancy is suggested.
