A case of a subtalar arthroereisis in a young adult patient.

Subtalar arthroereisis is a non-fusion surgical technique for the management of "collapsing" or flexible pes planus (flat feet) in a cerebral palsy child.

In this instance, the initial pathology and underlying congenital disorder are not known at the time of imaging and reporting.
