Fourth finger subungual exostosis.
Case Discussion
Subungual exostosis is a benign osteochondral disease, which is characterized by expressions of pain on the apex of the finger and is generally associated with nail deformities. It can affect any of the toes although it is most frequently located on the big toe. Traumatic events or microtraumatic almost always have a decisive influence in the genesis of this type of lesion.
