There is a 5 mm well-defined nodular bright signal (on T2 and proton density sequences) lesion at the subungual area near to the distal phalanx of the ring finger.
Case Discussion
This patient was referred with a history of ring finger pain in the subungual region for 1 year. Regarding the imaging findings, a subungual glomus tumor is suspected.
