There is marked diffuse sunburst periosteal reaction of the entire shaft of the ulna with  significant surrounding soft tissue swelling.

Case Discussion

Sunburst periosteal reaction is seen with fast-growing and aggressive bony processes. It is known to be present with osteosarcoma and Ewing sarcoma.
