Non-traumatic origin of pain in proximal medial aspect of thigh - 2 - 3 wks. O/E - linear as well as nodular palpable subcutaneous swelling

Swelling pointed by patient is a thrombosed superficial vein about 16 cm long.
Perivenous subcutaneous fat is echogenic - inflammed.
Case Discussion
Findings favor superficial thrombophlebitis in thigh.
