Age: 45 years
Gender: Female
Fluoroscopy

Limited angiogram to localize aortic bifurcation.

Lateral view shows contrast injection in prevertebral space, anterior to the L5 vertebral body.

AP views show satisfactory spread of contrast/anesthetic mixture.
