Herniation of abdominal and perinephric fat through a defect in superior lumbar triangle.

Case Discussion

Grynfeltt-Lesshaft hernia (or superior lumbar hernia) is a type of lumbar hernia, with herniation occurring through the superior lumbar triangle (of Grynfeltt-Lesshaft).
