There is evidence of superior mesenteric vein & portal vein thrombosis causing proximal small bowlbowel dilatation & wall thickening with poor enhancement of dilated small bowl loopbowel loops with suspicion pneomatosispneumatosis intestinalis highly suggestive for ischemia ischaemia.

Minimal free fluid in around the liver and in the right pericolic gutter.
