Superior ophthalmic vein thrombosis

Right eye swelling and pain since 10 days; fever; Visual blurring.

Age: 5-15
Gender: Male

Thrombosed right superior ophthalmic vein as compared to left side.

Case Discussion

This child with preseptal orbital cellulitis also developed thrombosis of the right superior ophthalmic vein without involvment on the the cavernous sinus
