There is a right frontal subgaleal haematoma in continuity with oedema and haematoma enlarging the soft tissue in the superior periorbital region (superior palpebrae). The intracranial structures are unremarkable.
This case exemplifies a large focal superior peri-orbital swelling and haematoma as a consequence of a direct blunt trauma. There is only involvement of the local soft tissue, without bone or intracranial repercussions.
