There is a right frontal subgaleal hematoma in continuity with edema and hematoma enlarging the soft tissue in the superior periorbital region (superior palpebrae). The intracranial structures are unremarkable.
Case Discussion
This case exemplifies a large focal superior peri-orbital swelling and hematoma as a consequence of a direct blunt trauma. There is only involvement of the local soft tissue, without bone or intracranial repercussions.
