Typical meningioma centered on the posterior portion of superior sagittal sinus extending parafalcine especially on the left. Occludes the sinus locally but remains patent proximally and reconstitutes distally via collaterals. Note the different signal intensity, DWI characteristics and enhancement of the intrasinus component of the tumor and the parafalcine component.
