Well-defined enhanced mass is seen at posterior segment of right upper lobe with invasion into upper mediastinum. Right brachiocephalic vein and right subclavian artery encased by tumour. Fat plane between oesophagus and tumour seems to be obliterated. Parenchymal nodules in the same lobe and other lobes. Mediastinal lymphadenopathy.
Case Discussion
The findings are consistent with Pancoast tumour (superior sulcus tumour).
Histology: non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
