Superior vena cava obstruction

Central venous line in proximal of SVC and filling defect is noted in the distal SVC inferring thrombosis. Collateral vessels are also evident at the right chest wall.
A small amount of pleural effusion is noted bilaterally.
Mild degenerative changes as osteophytosis are seen at the thoracic spine.
